Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your washable rug and place it back in its original packaging or a secure protective bag to ensure it remains clean during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
